In the next 48 hours you will receive a menu proposal adapted to your budget, without any commitment.
Do you offer menu options to accommodate dietary needs?
Todos nuestros menús tienen su correspondiente lista de alergenos que pueden adaptarse a una amplia variedad de restricciones dietéticas (gluten, lactosa, soja, marisco…) y preferencias personales (vegetariana, vegana, Halal, Kosher…).
I would like to make changes to the menu, is this possible?
Of course! We will change the offer until we get the menu that best suits you.
What is the deadline to confirm my event?
The reservation must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event date.
When do I have to confirm the number of people?
Up to 24 hours before D-day, you can change the number of people free of charge. After this time, a charge corresponding to 50% of the menu price per canceled or added person will be applied.
Can the chef advise me with the organization of my event?
It will be a pleasure to accompany you, answering your questions and giving you some advice for the logistics of your event.
Does my kitchen have what is necessary for the chef to prepare the menu?
Do you have a stove, vitro or induction, oven, refrigerator, sink, any pots and pans? Perfect! You now have everything you need to enjoy a menu offered by our chefs. It doesn't matter if your kitchen is big or small, our chefs adapt to any kitchen!
Are drinks included in the menu price?
No, drinks are not included in the menus.
I need to rent tableware for my event, can the chef order it?
Yes, I can order the material I need for you.
How does “D” day work?
I will arrive at your home a few hours before the arrival of your guests to begin preparations.
Do I have to pay an advance payment?
Yes, when you confirm your reservation, I will ask for a deposit corresponding to 50% of the final amount in order to reserve the event date.
Are there children's menus?
Yes, for any formula chosen, I will be able to prepare an original menu adapted to the children's tastes.
What happens if I have to cancel my event?
In case of cancellation on your part, a compensation of 50% (according to the costs incurred) of the sum of the final budget will be applied to you in case of cancellation within 4 days preceding the event and 100% in case of cancellation on the day of the event.
Who is responsible for cleaning the kitchen after service?
Don't worry! Cleaning and arrangement of your kitchen is included in the price of the service.
How far does the chef travel?
Barcelona and its metropolitan area up to 50 km. If you are further away, a travel cost will be added.
Do you advise me to hire a waiter?
Un personal de servicio cualificado te puede ser de una gran ayuda para servir bebidas por ejemplo y permitirte disfrutar aún más de tus invitados. (Tarifa bajo petición).
